I try to balance in my mind the old school ways I believe in but also open minded to change. At this point we have not dictated any specific way we want our players to wear their hats and pants. Of course I get on the kids if their hats are not on straight, I won't allow the street side crookeded looked happen but some do like to wear the flatter bill style which we allow.

My son is a sr. pitcher at NE High school and he likes the pants up like when I used to play. I know some of the players would rather have them pulled all the way down but their coach is old school. That doesn't seem to bother me.I don't think I saw any of the players on the team with their hats flat. I personally cannot stand that look. But who am I ?blehbleh

I'm a college coach and it's just the new trend and style. Not something I agree with but something along with the long pants over the cleats that is just now what the kids and players do.
